Ingredients:                             

  1. 200g of asparagus  
  2. 1dry seaweed leaf 
  3. 40g of quinoa 
  4. puff pastry
  5. Mimolette cheese 
  6. tsp of sherry vinegar, parsley


     Preparation:  ⏰ 10 min  / ⏰20 min in the oven

Sprinkle the quinoa on the puff pastry, grate the cheese, spread the seaweed sheet, put the asparagus two by two and finish by cutting into small rolls. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
